Yuika Kaga (加賀ユイカ) is a minor character in NEO: The World Ends with You. She is a huge fan of Elegant Strategy and her favorite character is Tomonami. She is curious about Nagi Usui as she often sees her at events and wants to ask her about her collection of extensive merchandise. Yuika is also friends with Marino Orihara.

Yuika Kaga is a teenage girl with pale skin, shoulder-length dark brown hair and light brown eyes. She wears a beige sweater over a white undershirt and wears a blue bow at her collar. She wears a short gray skirt with a thin lattice pattern in light blue. She has a black bag on her shoulder, white socks, and black shoes.
Story[]
Yuika and her friend Marino first appear in DeeP DivE (Week 1, Day 3), trying to get a special Tomonami pin. They get a promotional menu at Hachiko Café use the voucher to receive some of the last pins at Tipsy Tose Hall.
The sidequest "Fangirl in Crisis" on HEAD2HEAD (Week 1, Day 5) is about Yuika. She thinks about how as the new chapter of EleStra releases soon she still has to finish a current chapter and plenty of sidequests. However, she is excited after seeing a recent trailer showing the new characters, and she is unsure if she should take her time with the current chapter, or rush through it to get to the next one. Nagi muses that usually a player should cherish all content, main and side, but a player can't play the new chapter without progressing through the story. Through the use of imprinting, Rindo Kanade with Nagi choosing the words can tell her what to do. They can leverage her love for Tomonami in her current chapter, the upcoming character she likes, or the world of EleStra to convince her.
