The Vice Wizard of Slam is a character that appears in Another Day. He is one of the creators of Tin Pin Slammer and can be found at the Dead God's Pad, where Shuto Dan will challenge him to a match. The Vice Wizard has the special ability of controlling three pins at once, claiming that he's "wicked tough".
If the player wins, he will give them Tin Pin Dash and Shooter a useless tip on winning at Tin Pin.
He also has a minor appearance in The Composer (Week 3, Day 3), where he appears at the Stride to play in a Grand Slam alongside Pin Prof and "The Don", and rewards Neku with a Tin Pin Artist if he wins.

- The Vice Wizard of Slam is based on Takeshi Arakawa (荒川 健), the planning director of The World Ends with You. He left Square Enix in 2011.
- In the Japanese version, his name is ニダイメメイジン, which means "second master". This refers to his position versus that of the Wizard of Slam's.
