Twister is the main theme of The World Ends with You. It is present on the soundtrack in three different tracks - Twister - the introduction scene, played during the opening cinematic, Twister-Gang-Mix - used as a battle theme, and Twister-remix, the final battle theme. It was then featured on the Subarashiki kono Sekai + The World Ends with You album, and was included as Twister -kingdom mix- on the Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance OST. The current incarnation of the song was heard as a remix named -four days TWISTER- on the subaseka Teaser website.

Twister could also be Neku's theme song as some of the lyrics seem to refer to Neku's ability to use Psychs & his anti-social attitude at the beggining of the game. It also played when he makes his appearance in Kingdom Hearts 3D/Dream Drop Distance.
