Thundercloud

Thundercloud is a psych exclusive to Dragon Couture, which is activated by pressing onto a space. It creates a ring in an area around the pressed spot, locking onto every target in the ring. After releasing, lightning will strike every target that remains. While it is time-based, the time depends solely on the length of time pressed, allowing a number of uses depending on how well the player can use and release it. If Neku is attacked before releasing the psych, the ring is wasted and no enemies will be struck.

While you're using Thundercloud, you can mash the L or R buttons to get in quite a number of hits. The size of the ring can vary from pin to pin.
