What sync affects?[]
Even in loose terms, anyone have any idea what this statistic actually deals with? If I had to guess, it may be Fusion damage / HP restoration. I originally thought it had to do the number of stars required to activate fusion, but realized such was not the case. I have noticed that sync decreases at a faster rate when fusions are used, however. Shint 23:30, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
According to Black Cat Atlas, Vol. 4, Sync rate will extend the time the light puck stays in play. TCoZ 10:06, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

Kanefan 21:54, 21 June 2008 (UTC)I added a question mark because I wonder if the sync rate may drop to zero even after you have eaten a sync boosting food type, or if it's permanent as it states? I felt that the text kinda contradicted a bit.
Sync Bonus is never permanent, but the digestion Sync Bonus is special in a different way: unlike the initial sync gain, it is not affected by a Player's likes and dislikes. SailorLeo 03:49, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
