I'm not entirely sure why it was Shibu Dept. Store instead of Spain hill for the Secret report event. I was running through the events as fast as I could and noticed I couldn't even get to Shibu Dept. on W1D5, however I got Mr. Ducky when I chose all white on Reaper Creeper.
