Neku and Beat receive the mission for Day 2. They reaffirm their plan to ignore the mission and head to the Shibuya River, but Konishi appears and reprimands them. When Beat argues that Reapers don't have to obey the mission, Konishi tells him he was expelled from the Reapers yesterday, so he is a Player subject to punishment for breaking Reaper rules - that is, having 5 days left to live due to scoring no points. Konishi taunts Beat for his only motivation becoming a Reaper being the noise perched on his shoulder. She takes the Noise and claims it as his entry fee, crushing it and turning it into a Pin. Konishi then gives out the mission: she will hide in a specific spot for 6 days, and Neku and Beat need to find and defeat her. She calls it Reaper Sport 2, "Hide-and-Seek", then leaves towards 104.

Meanwhile, Kariya and Uzuki deliberate over the O-Pins they were given as part of the Emergency Call. Uzuki notes it looks similar to the Red Skull design sweeping the town. Kariya is suspicious of the pins and guesses that the Officers have ulterior motives for issuing powerful pins to everyone in the UG for a single traitor, but Uzuki is excited and sees it as work picking up.
At 104, Beat uses a Keypin Konishi didn't confiscate to open a wall to Dogenzaka. Entering Dogenzaka, a Reaper confronts them. When Beat says that Reapers aren't allowed to attack Players, he tells Beat that the UG is on Emergency Call, and they're allowed to attack Beat because he's a threat to the UG's continued existence. The Reaper flaunts his O-Pin, which he says makes him a dozen times more powerful. Konishi speaks to Uzuki and Kariya on the rooftop, promising Uzuki a promotion if she exercises more self-restraint. Kariya tells her it must be fun to run and hide and Konishi says she intends to attack when they least expect it.
Konishi moves to A-East into the Concert Stage. Before they can enter, they're stopped by 777, who is intent on erasing Beat due to his lucky streak and threatening the UG. When he says Daisukenojo Bito, Beat yells. Neku asks if its a hex, but when Beat orders 777 to not use "that name", he realizes its Beat's full name. After the battle 777 asks Beat to end him, but Beat spares him and tells him to go on and play Def Märch's sold-out show that night. 777 thanks them and gives them his keypin. Beat rallies Neku into the Concert Stage, but 777 assures them he didn't see Konishi enter the building and he would've seen it. Neku knows it doesn't add up, but doesn't think 777 is lying. 777 goes in to demonstrate, but gets cut off and cries out in pain.
Inside the Concert Stage, Neku finds 777's choker. He realizes Konishi erased him, and then get assaulted by Vespertilio Canor. After defeating it, they hear Konishi's giggle, and Neku urges Beat to keep looking.
Walkthrough[]
After the opening cutscenes, go into 104. Move to the Dogenzaka entrance. There, a Tenor Reaper will attack. Go into A-East and move into the Concert Hall. 777 will attack with a Tenor Reaper and Happycore Bats. After the battle, enter the Concert Stage, and a Pteropus Canor will attack. Its boss fight is very similar to Vespertilio Canor of Shiki, Day 3. In the DS version, Beat will be at the top screen and needs to erase the bats covering the lights. In Solo Remix and Final Remix, summoning Beat with the lights off will cause him to jump up to the catwalk, where he will attack until his Partner Pin runs out or all the bats have been defeated. When Pteropus Canor has 25% of its HP left, it will use double shurikens, a heavy-hitting attack that should be dodged. When most of its HP is depleted, it will turn into a small golden bat that while unable to attack is very mobile. Defeat it to end the chapter.
