Shuntaro Harima is a minor character in NEO: The World Ends with You. He is a university student who grew up in a used bookstore and came to appreciate rare items. He is now a collector of limited-edition idol merch, to the point he suspects he loves the merch more than idols themselves.

Shuntaro Harima first appears in HEAD2HEAD (Week 1, Day 5). Nearby a Reaper, he had been fickly musing over buying the deluxe-edition bonus of an album compared to downloading it. The Reaper asks the Wicked Twisters to imprint a decision on Shuntaro Harima to make him stop talking, and promises to clear a wall in exchange.
The sidequest "Overheated Fanboy" in GamE thEorY (Week 1, Day 7) is about Shuntaro Harima being possessed by Noise and outraged when hearing Miss Ammonia Banks is dating Kashiki. Nagi Usui Dives into his mind to erase the Noise. Shuntaro Harima decides to move on to another idol.
