Shiba (シイバ Shiiba) is the Game Master at the start of NEO: The World Ends with You.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Shiba has blond hair and brown eyes. He wears a black suit jacket with no shirt underneath. He wears his sunglasses on top of his head, with a golden butterfly necklace, a silver ring on his left index finger and a watch with a brown strap on his left wrist.
