SCRAMBLE is track 34 on NEO: The World Ends with You Original Soundtrack. The lyrics and vocals are by Stephanie Topalian. It plays during the Grus Cantus boss so it can be interpreted as the theme of Tsugumi Matsunae.
The song uses the same melody as SHADOW from The World Ends with You Final Remix.
Lyrics[]
What's the deal? Go on, reveal
Spin the wheel to see
What is there beyond the real
Magic, one, two, three
Wake up baby, can't you see?
The outside world's ready
The field is yours, go on, be free
Mission, one, two, three
I knew the moment I locked eyes with you
Something was bound to begin
Now let's break free
We've gathered all we need today
Hold my hand, we'll go this way
Don't let your head get to your heart
Rushing through the Scramble crowds
We've crossed paths and made our vows
Battlefield of love
Come to a start
There's this feeling so surreal
Was this meant to be?
We somehow always wind up here
Summoned, one, two, three
Oh, what a crazy mess it can sometimes be
Taste every bit just to rise above it all
The pendulum goes back and forth
Sorrows make you beautiful
Finding the door
We're getting closer
Stand my ground so graciously
The universe keeps trying me
I still see clear
I have you here
We've gathered all we need today
Hold my hand, we'll go this way
Don't let your head get to your heart
Rushing through the Scramble crowds
We've crossed paths and made our vows
Battlefield of love
Come to a start

Trivia[]
- The song itself has several lines that do not line up with what were officially written and released in the lyric booklet. These lines include;
- "The outsides are ready"; This is sung as "The outside world's ready".
- "What a crazy mess sometimes it can be"; This is sung as "What a crazy mess it can sometimes be".
- "Taste every bit, just to rise through it all"; This is sung as "Taste every bit, and just rise above it all".
- SCRAMBLE plays during the Grus Cantus boss fight and the cutscene prior in Neo: The World Ends With You.
- SCRAMBLE reuses the melodies of the track SHADOW, which plays during A New Day in Final Remix, where Tsugumi Matsunae made her first appearance; notably right at the beginning directly after Neku awakens from his vision of Shinjuku's destruction.
- Due to both of these facts, SCRAMBLE (and the original song SHADOW) are often associated with Tsugumi.
