Rikako Toda (戸田リカコ, Toda Rikako) is the owner of Burger shop Sunshine Stationside at the Statue of Hachiko district.

Rikako has the same portrait as Shigemi Konno.

Rikako is a kind and friendly girl who roams the streets the Shibuya when she's off her shift, evident as she notices Neku in various locations throughout the city.

Trivia

Shigemi Konno in Sunshine Shibukyu

• Rikako's left hand is not drawn in her portrait. In the original game, this is unnoticeable since her left arm fades into a black background, and in the Remix versions, the lower half of her body is covered by the UI. Of course, the same applies to Shigemi Konno since they share the same portrait.
• Rikako's dialogue when the player is idling while having max FSG reuses her dialogue used when the player leaves after making a purchase with middling FSG. This is likely not intentional because it contextually does not make sense for her to bid Neku farewell whilst he browses the menu.
• In her dialogue options when she unlocks Thread Item Abilities, Rikako mentions seeing Neku at 104 and "the ramen place", which likely refers to Chinese noodle bar Ramen Don. As it so happens, the player is required to enter Ramen Don and 104 by Week 1, Day 7, the earliest Rikako can be met.
• Rikako is the subject of a Thought Fragment, indicating she may be infamous for sneaking free fries to her friends: Free food.
