The Ragtime Drake is a drake Noise in The World Ends with You that has dark blue wings, aqua wing markings, and an aqua/purple/dark blue gradient tattoo body.

Passive Abilities[]
- Amassed Body: Ragtime Drake, with its large body mass, has an impressive amount of health than normal Noise. This also makes it impervious to being forcefully moved by abilities such as Psychokinesis.
Active Abilities[]
- Red Orbs: Ragtime Drake will lower its head to shoot out 3 orbs in a cone three times.
- Tail Whip: Ragtime Drake will swing its tail around to hit the player in front.
- Drake Dash: Although it is overall slow in movement, Ragtime Drake will occasionally dash to the other side of the screen (bottom only). On contact, Neku will receive damage and be knocked back.
- Dark Flames: Ragtime Drakes will use this when at low HP. Ragtime Drake will lower its head and give out a roar, followed by breathing out flames that can hit the player multiple times. If the Ragtime Drake is attacked before the fire appears on the screen, it will simply roar and it will not breath out flames.
Strategy[]
Using Joshua makes the Ragtime Drake extremely easy, as it has no attacks that can hit him while he's floating in the air, leaving you free to focus on Neku.
