"Matoya's spell" is a reference to the original Final Fantasy, in which the kindly witch Matoya has a number of animated brooms sweeping her cave. Talking to one of them will give you the dialogue "TCELES B HSUP," which reversed is "PUSH B SELECT." The spell in TWEWY translates in the same way, to "Hold L and R at the save screen." Doing so will show the total play time. In ''Solo Remix'', it's "Press Shiki on the Deeds Menu". +
In ''Solo Remix'', all mentions of "the stylus" are replaced with "your finger". +
