Itsuki Kaneda (金田 伊月 Kaneda Itsuki) is a character in NEO: The World Ends with You. He is a student, an aspiring dancer and the boyfriend of Honoka Kondo. He is also friends with Aoi Kyobe and childhood friends with Rintaro Nakagawa.
Appearance[]
Itsuki is a young man with pale teal parted hair and pale blue-gray eyes with a backwards black cap.
He wears a pale light blue sweater with two symbols on it, baggy black pants and salmon pink shoes. He accessorizes with a basic earring on his left ear and necklace.

Itsuki had awakened to his flirtatious side after a chance encounter with Fret and his easygoing style. He is devoted to his girlfriend Honoka, keeping up with the hot trends in Shibuya and improving his skills in dance in hopes of being worthy of her love. He is rather forgetful, as he misplaces his wallet while going to buy a ring for Honoka and forgets that he was the reason she decided to go abroad to study dance.

NEO: The World Ends with You[]
Itsuki first appears on Week 2, Day 1 in the "Wallet Woes" sidequest. While going to buy Honoka a ring for her birthday, he loses his wallet in the Takeshita Street alleyway. The Wicked Twisters find his wallet with a Mr. Mew on it when they wake up in the alleyway on that day, and find him in Tokyu Plaza. They imprint on him to go back to the Takeshita Street alleyway to look for it, but it is taken by a passerby possessed by Noise who wants to keep it. Nagi Dives into the man to erase the Noise and make him give the wallet back to Itsuki.
The sidequest "Love on the Brain" in CHECKMATE! (Week 2, Day 7) is about him forgetting that he asked Honoka to study dance abroad with him and asking her if she really wants to do it, frustrating Honoka. Fret Reminds him that he asked first, and they make up. He excitedly leaves to practice dance, and Honoka chases after him since they planned to go shopping in Harajuku that day.

- The name Itsuki means "that one" (伊) (i) and "moon" (月) (tsuki).
- Itsuki's surname Kaneda means "gold, money, metal, cash, currency" (金) (kane) and "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta/da).
