Grave Marker is psych in The World Ends with You and NEO: The World Ends with You.
The World Ends with You[]
It is a positive psych appearing on four pins. To activate it, slash downwards on top of an enemy. You do not need to slash all the way through the enemy, just to the top of it. Neku will teleport to the space above the enemy, then fall downwards onto it. The attack will cause knockback, and may be repeated as soon as Neku touches the ground. It is fast and has high efficiency at 80%, but has a long reboot time.
The cooldown between attacks is slightly reduced if the player slashes diagonally down rather than straight down.
Analysis[]
Both Fly Line (evolves to Fresh Line) and Boomer are available on W3D4 via 2-step Boomer. Fly Line is the normal drop, while Boomer is the hard drop. Grave Marker may replace Lance Lunge as the positive puck passer at that point.
Grave Marker was designed to have long reboot times in order to discourage infinite juggling. However, as Boomer is Angel-class, both Fresh Line and Boomer can be used in the same deck. When combined with other knockback psychs such as Piercing Pillar and Vulcan Uppercut, it is indeed possible to infinite juggle the remaining bosses in week 3.
For the postgame, Fresh Line and Boomer will infinite juggle when combined with Over the Top, as long as one of the pins is expended before the other. It helps to sub-slot one of the pins in order to force this.
A New Day introduces WITCHCRAFT, a pin which, like many of the newly added pin, uses a modified version of the psych. In this case, in addition to the standard attack, it releases flames in a spiral around Neku after attacking, which notably deal Negative damage
Grave Marker works very well with Sweeper.

NEO: The World Ends with You[]
The psych is only found on MONOCROW pins. Unlike in the original, Grave Marker now has the character using the pin attack the enemy with a spear (similar to the changes to Lance Lunge pins in NEO) before doing an overhead attack reminiscent of the original attack. Also unlike the original, where Grave Marker was one of the best puck passers in the game, this version is not very good at getting Beatdrops.
