Gen Kobayashi is a Japanese character designer. The first video game Kobayashi was credited on was Resident Evil 0 (2002) as a Character Model Artist, and his first Square Enix game was character illustration for 2004 game Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls. He is Lead Character Art Designer for The World Ends with You and NEO: The World Ends with You.
