The Game Report tracks various statistics that show progress through the game. In The World Ends With You it is part of The Save Menu. In Solo Remix and Final Remix, it is part of The Deeds Menu as the game auto-saves.

ESP'er Rank
The ESP'er Rank is a title awarded based on how many ESP'er points earned.
ESP'er Points
ESP'er Points are points awarded for fighting battles, shopping, and mingling.
Noise Report
This tracks how many Noise encountered in the game. It does not track if every Noise drop has been found.
Pin Mastery
This tracks how many pins are mastered.
Item Collection
This tracks how many items have been gathered.
Final Time Attack
This shows the fasted time for completing the Final Time Attack in Another Day. It is only saved if completed on Hard or Ultimate modes.
Character Drawings
The character drawings unlock after completing certain criteria in the game.

- Mr. Hanekoma - Collect every secret report.
- Joshua - Partner with Joshua.
- Neku - Unlocked by default.
- Shiki - Unlocked by default. Tapping her will show playtime.
- Beat - Partner with Beat.
- Rhyme - Obtain every item.
- Noise Rhyme - Have every Noise in the Noise Report.
