Fish Noise

The fish family are a type of Noise only seen in The World Ends with You The Animation. They first appear in Erased, schooling around and being devoured by the Swing Shark.

Appearance

Each Noise resembles a small fish with a tear-drop shaped body. They are covered in lavender scales, having paler white underbellies, and sport the usual blank yellow eyes of a Noise. Their fins are violet and tattoo-like. Where the gills of a real fish would be, the fish noise have a black swirl along their cheeks instead.

Trivia

• The anime reveals that the fish that reside under the glass floor of the Dead God's Pad are in fact a type of Noise. In the game, however, the silhouettes of the fish that can be seen during the battle with Megumi suggests that they are otherwise normal fish.
• Alongside the Spider Noise, they are the only Noise species to originate from the anime.
