A somewhat tricky attack, they are a negative psych found in the Natural Puppy and Pegaso brands, with several more unbranded. Activated by touching the screen or slashing across Neku, a boomerang is fired from Neku in the direction of the touch or slash. What is unique, however, is that when the boomerang has traveled for a second or so, it reverses direction and flies in the opposite direction, heading off-screen. This allows the attack to hit several different enemies both in front of and behind Neku, and can even hit the same enemy twice when it reverses direction. With the touch variety, the rounds will generally loop back towards Neku at a different angle than they were launched at, affecting a larger area. The slash variants by comparison will travel a specific distance, stop briefly, then return along the same path before continuing past Neku, potentially hitting enemies twice as they go.
