Calling is a song originally from The World Ends with You Original Soundtrack sung by Leah, with lyrics by SAWA and was composed and arranged by Takeharu Ishimoto.

Calling was remixed for the Subarashiki Kono Sekai + The World Ends with You album and was called Calling -1960s-.

Calling was featured alongside Déjà Vu in an obscure ChoBIT mashup called C+D. This remix can only be found on a bonus sampler album given out to those who attended Tokyo Game Show 2009.

It was again remixed by Ishimoto for Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance with the name Calling -KINGDOM MIX- as part of Subarashiki Kono Sekai -Crossover-. As a part of that same album, Calling was featured alongside Twister and Hybrid in Twister -Crossover-. Live versions of the Kingdom Mix and Twister - Crossover were preformed at the The World Ends with You 5th Anniversary Live -Crossover-‏‎ event, and they were included in The World Ends with You Final Remix as CALLING - KINGDOM MIX (Live Ver.) and Twister - Crossover (Live Ver.).

In Subarashiki Kono Sekai Crossover ~Tribute, a very techno version was remixed as Calling (T$UYO$HI Remix).

Within The Death March, Calling (The Death March) was created which is a much more downbeat, almost depressed version of the song.

Both the original and 1960s versions were updated in The World Ends With You Final Remix.

In NEO: The World Ends with You, a remix closer to the original appears and plays in the overworld after the fifth overall party member joins. This version has new vocals by Stephanie Topalian. Stephanie also sung an acoustic version not in the game.

The singer of Carpe Diem from The World Ends with You The Animation, ASCA, also sung a short version about a minute long.

Calling
You hear the
Calling

Calling
You hear the
Calling

Let me go
Gravity
What’s on my shoulder
“Little by little, I feel a bit better”

Let me know
Set me free
I feel a bit older
Just once more unto the breach
“Dear friend, once more”

Wake up
Leave your hesitation
Wake up
Time for us to realize
Wake up
Show appreciation
Wake up
Time for us to realize

Calling
Someone is
Calling

Wait and see
Empathy
You’re not the only one
“Little by little you’ll feel a bit better”

Lucky me
Destiny
You are on my side
Just once more unto the breach
“Dear friend, once more”
