Akari Minamino (南野 アカリ Minamino Akari) is the manager of Hachiko Café at the Scramble Crossing.

Akari is a pale-skinned young woman with brown eyes and hair tied back into a long ponytail and curtain bangs. She wears a dull maroon skirt with strings tied together in a knot at the front and a plaid pink shirt with puffy short sleeves and a sailor ribbon of the same maroon color as her skirt with white stripes near the edge tied at her collar.
