Someone (multiple accounts, but we suspect a sock) has recently mounted a harassment campaign against the TWEWY community (such as the Neku's Shibuya Underground server and here) that seems to be especially targeted towards transgender TWEWY fans. On the wiki it's manifesting as vandals blanking pages, replacing content with hate speech, and uploading grotesque/NSFW images. It's been going on for several days now.
Unfortunately the admins cannot "lock" the site or make it read-only until this blows over (save for literally manually locking all of our two and a half thousand pages), we have to send a request to the powers that be at FANDOM for them to do a lockdown. Unfortunately we may have to advise people to avoid going on the wiki or looking at the recent uploads for the foreseeable future. We're as horrified as you are and trying to solve this as quickly and cleanly as we can, thank you
Hey! Thanks for trying to help. We have a manual of style here but I'm not sure if we have any rules about character pages specifically
Mostly what I want to say is be bold and just do it - you don't need to be perfect when you start the page, but you have to start it to be perfect. If you end up making mistakes we know you're trying your best and we can iron it out later. You can join our Discord, it's in the sidebar, to talk with other editors in the dedicated editing channels
Fandom works in really mysterious ways I got that with the epic mickey wiki
I still know close to nothing abt epic mickey but the admin made me the supreme emperor of their discord
However if you create a page called User:Coolkid95benn/global.js on community central and paste this into it you should be able to block notifs from the twewy wiki
These both can only be done by admins, I'm afraid :( the pin pages have been getting mad overhauls due to the advent of neo and a lot of old pages got the chop, probably the same w the pin list. only admins can edit that navbar, and random's busy
Editors are investigating the dragon couture pin issue - it might have to do with the property data? needs to be looked into. sorry for the inconvenience or issues this has caused
For editors I've spent the past two days making a transcript of the demo. there may be some coding/transcription errors esp before minamimoto's appearance, and i've missed some non-vital dialogue but i hope this is helpful enough
As random said I hope all of you enjoy neo, not only the demo but full game
Hello! the world ends with you is an action rpg for the ds, mobile, and nintendo switch. the most spoiler-free summary i can give is it's about a teenage boy named neku who wakes up in the middle of shibuya, tokyo, with no memory but his name. he's thrust into the dangerous reaper's game with his very existence on the line. he has to partner with a girl named shiki whose sunshine attitude grates against his aggro prickly lone wolf personality. personally i think the mystery is A Lot of what makes twewy so interesting so i don't want to talk more than that
Its a very stylish game with a unique aesthetic (mid-late 2000s youth culture and music. there are so many songs. the mobile and switch ports just add more) snappy dialogue and unique controls. the original ds version has a really intensive playstyle where you have to control neku on the bottom screen with stylus and his partner on the top using the d-pad. solo and final remix lose the screens and rely almost entirely on touchscreen controls - final remix's docked mode makes you use your joycons like a wii remote but i know a lot of people find it finicky and painful. (personally i have found the weirdest way to play final remix in docked so i love it) final remix also has a three-hour (main game is 20 hours, few hours more for postgame content) epilogue chapter, but it's not considered that great in terms of both story and gameplay. recently twewy final remix's gone on sale a few times on the eshop with a lot of announcements relating to it recently - square enix has an e3 presentation in two days i feel like it might go on sale again after that if it appears.
It has an anime running right now which is an abridged, modernised (as in, they have smart flatscreens not flip phones lol) adaptation including said epilogue chapter if you don't want to play (places to watch listed here https://twewy.fandom.com/wiki/The_World_Ends_with_You_The_Animation#Streaming, weekly episodes every friday but it ends in two weeks lol) On july 27 its sequel, neo the world ends with you releases on ps4 and switch, and a later epic games release. its set three years after twewy featuring a new cast and with some returning characters from twewy (https://square-enix-games.com/neotwewy/en-us/)
